TOS
Generally we allow all types of Websites except for:
- websites sending SPAM
- linking, hosting, divulging, glorification or showing all kinds of childpornography, sodomy or racism
- hacking, scanning or using CPU-intensive scripts
- phishing-websites
- Shoutboxes for sites with more than 500 users a day
Sites which violate the conditions of Team-CINIPAC TOS will be suspended without claim for replacement!
Information for governments, companys, Anti-P2P or other kinds of organisations:

Information for mail abuse:
Because of U.S. laws Team-CINIPAC is never forced to keep logfiles. Every e-mail will be saved encrypted.
Team-CINIPAC is not able to decrypt these. If you would ask for user details you would have to decrypt this 256bit
AES encryption. In case of a normal password of 35 characters it would not be decrypted less than 300 years.
Incomplete, not occupied (etc.) hints will not be processed.

- Team-CINIPAC is not owner of all domains
- We do not accept any deliveries in order of domain owners

Team-CINIPAC reserves to send abuse to Team-CINIPAC's Law-Department for answering, which is associated with costs
for sender of an amount of 100,00? to 5.000,00?, it varies by effort. Process only after payment. Anonymous or
incomplete hints will not be processed.
Team-CINIPAC is not forced to give client informations to anyone without judicial decision of the server locations
country.
Team-CINIPAC Mail:

- sending childporn, racist media is prohibited
- TOS is valid
DDOS (Denial of Service) Attacks:
If any client suffers from DDOS Attacks Team-CINIPAC tries to defend server in Team-CINIPAC's Supporttime.
If Attack:
- lasts more than supporttime, so presence of staff members is necessary - prejudices service
account will be suspended to protect service, if Admin Services Premium is not ordered.
It does not exclude II Par. 4 TOS.
Suspension allways is temporary and does not mean the cancellation of the account.

General Terms:
I. Hints 1. With registering, ordering and/or accepting you agree to TOS/ General Terms and you will be engaged to redeem it. 2. Team-CINIPAC is authorized to change TOS without advising clients.
II. Complexity of service 1. Costs, arising during the use of Team-CINIPAC services, client himself has to pay 2. Program for using (Browser) client himself has to provide 3. Team-CINIPAC won't screen clients files / e-mails and won't transmit them 4. Team-CINIPAC is allowed to protect service if it is in danger. Often behavior of clients (against someone else)
is responsable for e.g. DDOS Attacks. If a server is target of DDOS several times and it is expectable that he will
be target again Team-CINIPAC Hosting can terminate the contract between it and client after sending a reminder to him.
III. Obligations of client 1. Every client is bound to Team-CINIPAC TOS, also reseller clients 2. Only the client is responsable for actions he did with Team-CINIPAC services 3. The client is committed to save his account from other persons and to keep the password on his own, he is not
allowed to give password to someone else. If any other person is able to work on this account only the origin
client is responsable for actions, done with Team-CINIPAc services. Client has to notify Team-CINIPAC if he lost
some access data or if someone else could know them. 4. Using service for sending advertisment-, SPAM, massmails is not allowed and committs client for retrieval for
accrued losses. 5. Client has to be sure not to damage someone with his actions on Team-CINIPAC services (like said in TOS and because
of commonsence) 6. If violating against III.1-5 and against TOS Team-CINIPAC can delete account and files without notice.
IV. Privacy 1. Team-CINIPAC is commited not to transmit login data, clients data or messages to anyone and to protect (encryption)
them so no one can get. There will be no log data accessible for someone else. Transmitting data to other persons,
criminal prosecution institutions does not occure. 2.Exceptional case to IV.1. are considerable violations against Team-CINIPAC TOS like childporn, sodomy, in this case Team-CINIPAC
cooperates unrestrictet with responsable authority.
